BOOKING INFORMATION

• Delegates can reserve rooms (at discounted rates) by emailing the hotel directly, and mentioning code: PopHealthLab25

• The ‘special rate’ rooms are blocked and guaranteed up to three months before the conference (June 8th). After that deadline, the reservation code and prices remain valid, but rooms are subject to availability.

• Delegates may cancel reservations up to 48 hours before arrival, for individual resevations. For groups of five rooms or more, the terms and conditions of the hotel are applicable.

• All changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing through the hotel.
